MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

  • We’re looking for talents who are ready to evolve in our Management Trainee Program and to grab a career in managerial positions at Bussan Auto Finance. Therefore, from the start, you will have various opportunities to work on challenging projects and exposures toward business management within an integrated development process to reach for your exciting & fulfillinf career.

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 26 years olg
  • minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable university, with minimum GPA 2,75
  • Involved and active organization on university and / or others
  • Creative and Enthusiastic learner, eager to meet challenges
  • Dynamic and innovative thinker
  • Good team player and highly adaptable to change
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Willing to relocate to our branch office (all in Indonesia)
