Job Description :
• Develop strategy and concept about employee relation
• Analysis phenomena in partnership with functional unit managements team to develop solutions, programs and policies and provide guidance and interpretation
• Planning program about develop people to meets the organization needs, appraise their performance, identify talents, determine the talent readiness to meet the organizational challenges and maintain their improvement to fulfill their career path
• Develop systems that create a conducive work environment between the employee, organization, third party and to ensure all HR initiative comply with the government regulations
• Make a concept and develop program to build workforce planning, business process, culture internalization, increase HR Productivity and organizational sustainability
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Psychology / Law / Business Studies or equivalent from reputable universities
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in an HRBP or relevant
• Have understanding of HR fundamentals, general business management and government labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
• Strong communication skill : counseling skill, negotiation skill, and public speaking
• Can multitasking and detail oriented
• Excellent at Ms. Office, such as Excel, Visio, Power Point and other presentation tools
