General requirement :
- Citizen, of good character, physically and mentally healthy.
- Minimum age 18 years and maximum 56 years.
- Not being a bond in government agencies or private.
- Not located as a government employee or prospective public servants.
- Having the ability to speak English well.
- Being able to use a computer (microsoft office) and the internet.
- Willing to be placed in the working area of PT Rukindo.
- Never get involved in drugs.
Special requirement :
- Never sentenced to prison or jail by a court decision that already has permanent legal force.
- Never be dismissed with no respect as workers or crew in government agencies or private.
- Not make false work experience in a book sailor.
- Willing to be placed throughout the shipyard

- Ship Type TSHD 4000, 3000, and 2000
- Ship Type Clamshell 5.5 M3
- Ship Type Split Barge (SB)
