Job Descriptions:

• Maintain existing and build new direct channel towards potential market, such as through network high schools or particular community
• Evaluate each network school’s contribution
• Work closely with Event & Promotion team to develop creative program to enhance relation with school network or other potential market
• Support student consultant team in implementing personal & unique approach towards prospective students while promoting UPH
• Coordinate with faculties for product knowledge update in regular basis or when it’s necessary
• Participate in training programs prepared by HRD or Marketing Department to enhance human relation approach which will increase performance and impact productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, and other relevant field from a reputable university
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and Godly character
• Have at least 1-2 years hands-on experiences in event-organizing
• Excellent in communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills
• Have a pleasant personality, good interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Demonstrates analytical and strategic skills
• Familiar with Marketing Planning and Execution
• Target oriented, team player, and problem solver
• Proficient in written and oral English
• Placement in Semanggi, Jakarta
