Tahun 2011 Indosat Ooredoo mampu  menguasai 21% pasar, lalu Pada tahun 2013, Indosat Ooredoo memiliki pelanggan sebanyak 58,5 juta pelanggan dan tahun 2015 Indosat Ooredoo mengalami kenaikan jumlah pelanggan sebesar 68,5 juta pelanggan dengan presentasi naik 24,7%, bila dibandingkan periode tahun 2014 sebesar 54,9 juta pengguna.  Pada bulan Februari 2013 perusahaan telekomunikasi Qatar yang sebelumnya bernama Qtel dan menguasai 65 persen saham Indosat merupab nama Indosat menjadi Ooredoo dan berencana akan mengganti seluruh perusahaan miliknya atau di bawah kendalinya yang berada di Timur Tengah, Afrika dan Asia Tenggara dengan nama Ooredoo pada tahun 2013 atau 2014. Dua tahun kemudian, pada tanggal 19 November 2015 Indosat akhirnya mengubah identitas dan logonya dengan nama Indosat Ooredoo. Operasional Data Management Manager

Role Purpose:

  • Perform ad hoc and regular data query, processing, and analytics for all B2B operation purposes.
  • Manage data warehouse data mart for all B2B data source (e.g Catalist, OSSIN, DWH RBM, etc)
  • Develop and manage the Executive Information System
  • Provide business analytics (e.g., statistical / quantitative analysis, predictive modeling, and multivariate testing) for all B2B operation purposes.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university in Telecommunication/Information Technology / Computer Science / Mathematics
  • Has solid analytical and problem solving skill
  • Oracle Database expertise is preferable

Experience:

  • Supervision level ( minimum of 2year)

  • At minimum5 years experiences in Telco Industry. Having B2B experience is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong skills in spreadsheet, power point and charting

Job Role:

This role responsible to manage strategic project with the objective of ensuring the project is delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. The role will ensure project resources have the correct tool sets and processes in place to deliver successful projects.

The focus of this role is on the project tracking and governance under Office of Dir. & Chief Operating Officer. This includes stakeholder management with GHs/DHs, managers, and partners.

Qualification:

Job Role:

You will assist and support Manager in performing day-to-day remediation monitoring functions:

  1. Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance and Business Groups in the Company to facilitate the development of realistic and concrete plans & milestones to resolve the audit issues, and get the plans approved by the CEO and the Audit Committee.
  2. Closely monitoring the progress against the agreed ‘Action Plans’.
  3. Coordinate with other IA Group’s Divisions to provide updates on the achieved milestones, obtain and keep track the IA Group Divisions validation result.
  4. Prepare fortnightly report.

Qualification:

  • Public accounting/consulting and audit-related background (network and/or IT audit)
  • Previous experience in auditing Telecoms
  • Excellent in MS Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Visio)
  • Must have a pleasant and smooth personality
  • Must be able to work effectively with different kind of people
  • Possess analytical skills in the auditing field

Experience:

4-5 years of working experiences in network and/or IT audit
