Job Description
- To conduct advanced analytics activities such as segmentation & statistical modelling
- To track, calculate and report on CVM campaigns activities on weekly & monthly basis
- To pro-actively provide actionable insights to CVM team
- To understand customer behavior, usage and social network and spend habit
- To establish regular customer profiling analysis to be circulated on monthly basis to senior management team
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Computer Engineering
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (ex: SQL, Hadoop, Phyton, R, etc)
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets (excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
