Job Description

  • Strategic analysis of customer experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions
  • End-to-end project management and coordination of the recommended solutions
  • Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units
  • Conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentation

Requirements

  • 3 years min experience in project or product management, business intelligence (BI), management consulting, strategy, or director’s office
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Proficient in using Excel / G-sheet & PowerPoint / G-slide
  • Good structure, decent logic, good with numbers
