Job Description
- Strategic analysis of customer experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions
- End-to-end project management and coordination of the recommended solutions
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units
- Conduct regular & ad-hoc reports (in deck or sheet format) and conduct the presentation
Requirements
- 3 years min experience in project or product management, business intelligence (BI), management consulting, strategy, or director’s office
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) with good communication skills
- High attention to details
- Proficient in using Excel / G-sheet & PowerPoint / G-slide
- Good structure, decent logic, good with numbers
