Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in data collection, analysis, and reporting on process performance metrics.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, by identifying areas for inefficiency and recommending solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
• Assist with the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities on process equipment.
• Compile and maintain production data for traceability and reporting purposes.
• May be involved in conducting basic troubleshooting of process issues and escalating them to senior engineers as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior engineers or supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of process engineering principles (a plus).
• Experience with data analysis tools and software (a plus).
