Position : Assistant Manager
Location : HO Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements to system functional and non-functional requirements
- Own the product solution and detailed design/ configuration of the respective systems
- Modify and upgrade existing application/ software to adapt with business requirement changes
- Develop software testing scenario or validation processes
- Manage and track solution contents including user guidelines
- Assist and to provide guideline in terms of system design and user interfaces
- Provide work around solution should the system has limitation to meet the requirement
- Ensure the task completion within project implementation timeline with validated deliverables
- Review on system patches/ notes to improve performance or to eliminate bugs
- Interact with end-users and process owner to optimize the processes and productivities
- Conduct training to improve user system mastery
- Ensure the FAQ and training contents are continually updated to reflect the current state of the application
- Manage the outsourced FA team
- As subject matter expert on the assigned platforms/ systems to address inquiries or challenges through a solution approach or proposal also to perform as 3rd level support to incidents
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
- Understanding about standard business process in Enterprise application such as ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, BI, etc including the software development life cycle from both a waterfall and agile perspective
- Demonstrable application functional requirements and design definition, testing and performance analysis skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Office 365 suite (not just Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and content management systems
- Development for system integration/interfaces, Microsoft Outlook collaboration would be an advantage
