  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management,
  • Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
  • Manage payment process regarding to office expend according to budget
  • Total budget consolidation
  • Provide & inventory control of office stationaries, and pantry supplies
  • Maintenance Asset office such as working tools, operational car maintenance (STNK, Insurance)
  • Liase with vendor for COP, Building Management, etc
  • Lead and manage GA team (Receptionist, OB, Driver) to meet the service level.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum have bachelor degree from any major
  • Have 5 years experience in related field
  • Have an experience in office management and budgeting
  • Have good leadership and organization skills
