Job Description :

• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ensuring all treasury transactions are being paid on time and zero error
• Well prepared of administration tasks related to treasury
• Ensures the maintenance and confidentiality of historical and current remittance records, both electronic and physical
• In charge in the processing of day-to-day payment documents including verifying, computing, and recording of disbursement data.
• Identifies areas for process improvements and develops solutions to optimize and meet quality standards.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of remittance processes (vendor payments, petty cash, advances and settlements, claims, purchases, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
