Location : Tangerang, Banten
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Provide technical support and insight to user according to the service level agreement and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required for E-commerce website and related application for DFI IKEA.
- Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations and implementation for improvement of application’s performance, escalate unresolved issues to appropriate cross-functional support and/or business teams when additional information is required to resolve a ticket.
- Work closely with DFI IKEA IT, vendor and IKEA IT of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.
- Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in applications and related processes.
- Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations for improvement of application’s performance.
- Conduct system Quality Assurance Testing and assist in User Acceptance test; perform deployment or upgrade of mission critical applications and systems.
- Minimize failures and ensure adequate performance and operation of the systems by continuously monitoring the performance⁄ operation, quickly diagnose and address any problems.
We want you to be a person who:
- Degree/experience qualification in Information Technology with at least 2 years of proven experience in a global company, with solid application support.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with different technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge in Retail & E-commerce industry will be favorable.
- Ability to think logically and provide solution-based suggestions with attention to details
- Strong technical aptitude – you can quickly learn and implement new technologies.
- Knowledge in current ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central) is a plus.
- Enjoy working in dynamic working hours to provide support or liaise with other parties (e.g during weekend, night and/or public holiday).
