Cost & Contract
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- At least have a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
- Have an experience for at least for 8 years(s) as a Quantity Surveyor (have experience in building construction of more than 20 floors from a reputable contractor company are preferable).
- Understanding contract management with Vendors, Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
- Having an extensive Contractor and Sub-Contractor relations, able to negotiate with Contractors/ Sub-Contractors.
- Able to analyze RAB and to calculate BOQ.
- Able to operate AutoCAD and SAP programs.
- Willing to be placed at ASG Office
