- Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily operation of document management in ALDAS (Adaro Land Document Archiving Services).
- Responsible for managing physical and digital documents in accordance with company policy.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of Archive room.
- Conduct librarian services for document request within Adaro Group.
- Maintain integrity between physical document, soft copy document, and document database to ensure they remain organized and synchronized.
- Deliver weekly and monthly report for document management monitoring activities.

- Job Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in library and information science from reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in document and archive management. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experience in document management and archiving.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office and digital document management systems.
- Possesses strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
