Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management,
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
- Manage payment process regarding to office expend according to budget
- Total budget consolidation
- Provide & inventory control of office stationaries, and pantry supplies
- Maintenance Asset office such as working tools, operational car maintenance (STNK, Insurance)
- Liase with vendor for COP, Building Management, etc
- Lead and manage GA team (Receptionist, OB, Driver) to meet the service level.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum have bachelor degree from any major
- Have 5 years experience in related field
- Have an experience in office management and budgeting
- Have good leadership and organization skills
