Task & Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Screening resumes and job applications
- Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Support for internal event & employer branding activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology, Business Administrative, or a related field
- Freshgradutes are welcome to apply
- Good analytical skills, adapt quickly with multiple stakeholders, energetic person, and communication skill (written & verbal)
- Available to join ASAP
- Able to operate Canva or any design tools
