Responsibilities :

Processing the Internal and External Sourcing both active and passive candidates to fulfill the Man Power Plan, including analysis the Man Specification needs by User. Conduct the Psychological Test and Interview process. Execute Employer Branding activities such as campus visit, multimedia content to bring to life the company EVP.

Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology
Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
Maximum age of 26 years old in 2020
Identify, attract and hire the best talent to fulfill business needs.
Understanding business needs, HC management plans and able to communicate to the talent market and customers
Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create effective, creative, targeted branding strategy by while still staying true to company culture
Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal skill with the ability to foster relationship with internal & external stakeholder, posses strong drive, and able to work under tight schedules
Develop our social media platform as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies and metrics
Experienced in major project in Employer Branding, Recruitment & Assessment.
Possess Computer & Creative Media literacy is more preferred (Ms. Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva)
Fluent in English both oral and written
