Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate presentation scheduling for all Service Learning classes
- Conduct briefing class for service learning participants in class preparation
- Assist and consult the student with developing good service learning activities related to their subject
- Maintains records of activities and gathers information that will be used to evaluate the impact of service learning on the community (community-based organizations feedback)
- Develop presentation materials for class briefing
- Preparing material for service learning website and instagram
- Create Service Learning Projects Reports Summary for each Semester
- Maintain connections and relations with lecturers, subjects coordinator, service learning partners and other institutions through routine visitation, meeting, email
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university
- Demonstrates Spiritual maturity and Godly character
- Has the passion to guide and coach the student to do social working
- Accustomed to interact with the students and provide them with administrative or personal guidance
- Male/Female
- High degree of visibility, both internally and externally, in dealing with community members, faculty and field facilitators in developing and expanding the service learning program
- Educates students, faculty and community partners about service learning partnership and related requirements through meeting and discussion. Facilitate class briefing for students on Service Learning course construction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills because of the extensive interaction with a both array of community agencies and leaders in nonprofit sector, and with the students who applied service learning project as well
- Service orientation – Actively looking for ways to help people
- Proficient in written and oral English
