Key Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing service excellent to customers to do banking transactions
  • Collecting information related to clients or potential clients and analyzing their needs
  • Providing explanation of banking products according to customer needs
  • Responding to customer complaints to resolve the problem

And also:

·  Day-to-day office management

·  Maintain administrative tasks such as filing and processing documents

·  Perform ad-hoc administrative support functions / office management tasks

·  Perform data management to support business unit operations

Requirement:

  1. Minimum Diploma 3 or graduates (S1) with minimum of 2.75 from relevant fields of studies
  2. Maximum age of 24 years old for fresh graduates and 26 years old with 2 years relevant experience
  3. Unmarried
  4. Presentable and good communication skills
